The Tempting Place for Visitors is Barcelona in Europe



The Mediterranean place is one of the stopover locations in Europe in the past decade. Barcelona offers its visitors with a day full of adventures. This place attracts the majority of visiting tourists. The hotels and apartments that you will find in this area are just as restful.  Barcelona begins to feel like a feast once you reach there.

You will see the best of Barcelona both old and new in one day. You can plan for an arranged tour with classic sights in the morning and artistic side after lunch. You can start your morning tour with a stroll through Plaza de Catalunya, with its many fountains and statues, and then take a wander along the narrow medieval streets of the Gothic Quarter.

You will see many buildings dating from the 15th century including the Barcelona Cathedral. You can continue with Plaza Sant Jaume where the important government buildings are located including the Palace of Generalitat and the Town Hall.

You can now target the Montjuic Mountain for a panoramic view of the city and harbor. You can also tour the Olympic Stadium in Montjuic and taste Catalan Cava the local sparkling wine at the Spanish village.

After lunch you can take an artistic journey through Barcelona starting at Paseo de Gracia. Here you can see Gaudi’s famous apartment buildings including Casa Batlo and La Pedrera. You can then enjoy a 30 minute visit at Gaudi’s bizarre Parc Guell which has been declared as UNESCO World Heritage Site.


The afternoon tour continues to the La Sagrada Familia (Holy Family) Cathedral. The Cathedral is Gaudi’s unfinished masterpiece and Barcelona’s most famous landmark.

You can also visit Barcelona’s Monumental Bull Ring and the famous Cathedral Sta Maria del Mar. The tour ends near the Picasso Museum which exhibits works from the blue and pink periods of the world famous painter.
