The Himalayan resort of Gulmarg is one of the newest and increasingly popular ski destinations in India. It is located 52 km from Srinagar. Gulmarg has around 40 hotels ranging from extremely high budget accommodation to low including western bed and breakfast. The peak season of this resort is from December to March.
